Amenities
The complex
consists of 2 levels. The first level starts from
the road at the bottom to the rock face sloping
up to a height of about 150 m. The second level
is on the top of this vertical rock face at a
height of about 40m.
The first level
is studded with 28 villas and 24 apartments. The
second level contains 15 villas and is approachable
by means of an aerial tramway starting right from
the road side and ending up at the cliff top.
A capsule lift is also provided for carrrying
people from first level to second level.
